From the beginning of our existence, on every 24th December we organize the action "Siedlczanie Dzieciom on Christmas Eve". Every year, Santa Claus visits kids from the Department of Children's Surgery in the Provincial Hospital. He always remembers to bring them some presents. It's great to see them smiling and, for at least few moments, make them forget about the pain. That magic day, the hospital changes into a huge family home.
Every year, since 2002, "Nights of Cabarets" are organized. They are a form of competition. The cabarets present their sketches on the stage and then the audience and the jury choose the best one. The whole income from these events is allocated for kids and supporting institutions helping the young.
In 2002 our Association joined the contest called "Motylkowe szpitale" ("Butterfly Hospitals") organized by the previous First Lady, Jolanta Kwaśniewska and her charity foundation "Porozumienie bez barier". From 3rd to 30th June 2002, we painted the Department of Children's Surgery in the Provincial Hospital in Siedlce, which now looks as from a fairy tale. For doing this, in 2002 the Association and the Department got the distinction and awards.
In response to the letter the Association got, we organized help for Kate, suffering from cerebral palsy (poliomyelitis). The girl needed specialist remedial equipment, with the help of which she would be able o level changes caused by the disease. On the first day of spring, thanks to the Association, the girl could use the equipment for the first time.
In 2003 we organized an artistic contest for children from primary schools. Their task was to make illustrations to the poems of Eugeniusz Kasjanowicz. Authors of the best pictures were given awards from the Association.
Thanks to a donor, in December 2003 we could organize an action called "Dressing kids for winter". Parcels with T-shirts, trousers, training suits, sweatshirts, etc were given to children in their houses.
In 2004 the Association organized a Children's Day picnic. They took part in various contests, had the possibility to ride a horse and could taste delicious cookies thanks to the "Klonowa" Café.
The Association organizes many trips for children to different parts of our region.
From time to time, we also arrange concerts of Polish leading bands and singers.
In 2004, the Association got a phantom. That's why we started to educate children from primary schools how to give first aid and call emergency services. Till the end of 2005 we conducted 14 trainings, where we educated over 200 children.
Thanks to the money we earned from the Fifth Night of Cabarets, the Association started financing English lessons for poor children from first class primary schools. The lessons are conducted in the village schools, where parents can't afford such lessons.
In 2006 we started an action within the framework of which we help schools equip classes in: e.g. aquariums, terrariums, etc. The first school to be bestowed was the Primary School in Broszków (near Siedlce). The kids were delighted! The next institution is one of few in Poland which can be proud of possessing so many attractive animals (reptilian, amphibian, birds and fish).
