The idea of establishing the institution helping children arose in 2000. The association was set up by Eugeniusz Kasjanowicz, Barbara Bąboń and Robert Jaworek. The residents of Siedlce created a charity organisation which aim was to support children from poor families.

The Association carried out its first action on 24th September 2000. It was an outdoor party where money was collected to realize the idea of buying "teddy-rabbits" for children injured in accidents. The teddies where left at the Ambulance Service, Fire Service and Police
